Nicola Sturgeon banned from Russia after being sanctioned by Kremlin

Nicola Sturgeon has been banned from entering Russia after she was sanctioned this morning along with other British politicians as part of a Kremlin “stop list”.

Joining the Scottish First Minister on the list is Boris Johnson alongside Rishi Sunak, Liz Truss, Ben Wallace, Dominic Raab, Grant Shapps and Priti Patel.

Former Prime Minister Theresa May, who authorised sanctions after the Salisbury poison incident in 2018, was also on the list no longer allowed to enter the Russian Federation, according to Mirror Online.

Unusual Parkinson’s symptoms as expert says disease has ’40 different signs’

The most well known symptom of Parkinson’s disease is tremors, but there are surprising early signs you might fail to recognise.

Lesser known changes – such as your handwriting getting smaller – may develop in the disease’s early stages.

Other unfamiliar symptoms include losing your sense of smell and sleep problems, including experiencing vivid dreams.

Attendance Allowance to be scrapped and replaced with new payment for older people

The Pension Age Disability Payment is a new benefit set to be delivered by Social Security Scotland that will eventually replace Attendance Allowance for Scottish claimants.

People receiving the financial support in England and Wales will not be affected and will continue to receive regular payments from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

The new Pension Age Disability Payment will support older people who have a disability which results in the need for additional assistance, or supervision to keep them safe.
