Taking their love to the next level, Kardashian and Barker got engaged back in October. And, just recently, word broke that the famous couple had an impromptu wedding ceremony in Las Vegas. Their relationship has been hugely embraced by fans and followers, but the same cannot be said about the pair’s red carpet activities.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker made a lot of headlines at the 94th Academy Awards. In a coordinated all-black look, the duo grabbed everyone’s attention with their playful tongue action as they walked down this year’s red carpet at the Oscars.
On top of that, there was a lot of intense eye-gazing and handholding. Access was able to capture the moment in all of its glory.
It was no surprise, just one week later, when Barker and his beau showed up to the 2022 Grammy Awards, once again, clad in sleek black outfits. More so, it was even less shocking to see the couple extravagantly make out while making a show out of touching their tongues.
Their trademark tongue kisses have become the pair’s signature move and some fans and followers of the famous couple aren’t loving it.

Social media blew up when Addison Rae and her boo appeared to be mimicking Kardashian and Barker’s famous go-to make out move. While walking the red carpet at the Oscars, Rae, known for her TikTok stardom, and her boyfriend, Omer Fedi, stopped along the way to passionately tongue-touch while photographers snapped photos of the intimate moment.
With Kardashian and Barker receiving so much attention for their recent red carpet moments, it didn’t take long for people to begin joking that Rae must have been inspired by the fellow famous couple. One user in a Reddit thread wrote, “Addison Rae taking notes from Kravis”.
It seems like Kardashian and Barker may have just started the newest and perhaps grossest trend. Fans and followers are looking forward to seeing if any other celebrities will be joining the unofficial movement.
