Look out Hulu, here come The Kardashians. If you’ve been dragged into the endless drama this family oozes all over social media, you may want to tune in for their newest show set to air on the streaming service in mid-April. The trailer for the series, which recently dropped, promises even more drama than Instagram has let on. And that’s saying something.

Kourtney Kardashian is continuing to fend off rumors that she isn’t a present mother on Instagram. In December, she also shot down pregnancy speculation she was receiving online. She asked one commenter, “Are we really going to do this every time I post a photo?” Fair enough. Now, though, the Kardashian’s trailer has revealed that Kourt and Travis Barker are in fact trying to have a child together. In the clip shown Kourtney is caught saying, “Travis and I want to have a baby,” over footage of the couple’s rapid engagement.

According to Page SixKourtney’s necessary medication to get pregnant via in vitro fertilization has caused some severe side effects. These include weight gain and menopause-like symptoms. “It hasn’t been the most amazing experience,” Kourt said of her fertility treatments in a leaked sneak peak.

Kourtney discussed the experience with her momager, Kris Jenner, detailing the social media backlash she’s been receiving. Kourtney explained that she has been getting comments about “gaining so much weight.”

“I’m, like, it’s so rude to comment on people when you have no idea what they’re going through,” said Kourtney. “The medication that they’ve been giving me, they put me into menopause Literally into menopause,” she the 42-year-old.

Kris questioned her daughter asking “Based off of what? A drug?” to which Kourtney replied, “Yes.” Kourtney does not specifically mention the medication she’s been prescribed, but fans seem to agree that Kourtney should not be shamed for her appearance.

One commenter wrote under the leaked clip, “This is so true, always felt sad for her when people have commented on her weight & ‘looking pregnant’… bless her.” Another added, “Anyone who has gone through IVF can totally relate to this. It isn’t the most amazing experience.”
