The TV star showcased her burgeoning baby bump in the eye-catching look, which also revealed her black lace underwear.

Shay’s frock was completely  sheer, with long sleeves and a hemline that reached her shoes.

Shay added a matching cover up that had a similar fabric to complete the glamorous evening look.

The soon-to-be-mom of two sported black heels, gold earrings and matching clutch, opting to pulled her dark brunette tresses back.

Shay finished off her edgy look with smokey eye makeup and nude lipstick to round out her look.

Her outing comes three months after she revealed she is pregnant with her second child.

Shay and partner Matte Babel, 40, are already parents to daughter Atlas, two, who was born in October 2019. 

On February 7, Shay shared her second pregnancy to her Instagram, also touching on the recent loss of her grandmother.

She posed topless in the three new photos that showed off her baby bump.

Adding: ‘Yet, this is proof that love, life and loss can profoundly exist all at the same time. Gram, I miss you every day. Little one, we are so excited to meet you. I breathe a sigh of peace knowing you are already connected in such a cosmic way.’

From the imaginary games she would play with me when I was little to picking me up from high school because I was being bullied, to keeping scrapbooks of every article and magazine cover I have ever been in, she was my #1 cheerleader. My heart is broken.’ 

Shay and Matte, who is a TV host, were first linked in January 2017 after a report from Entertainment Tonight revealed they had been dating ‘for a few months.’

At the time, the outlet reported that they had met thought mutual friends.
