Syracuse, N.Y. — The controversy surrounding “Full House” star Bob Saget’s death two months ago played a cameo role Friday during Robert Neulander’s murder trial in the 2012 death of his wife.

Celebrity medical examiner Dr. Michael Baden told a Neulander jury Friday that the Hollywood celebrity’s head injury in a Florida hotel room differed in important ways from the injury suffered by Leslie Neulander.
