Kimberley Walsh has exclusively opened up on her plans to celebrate her son Nate’s first birthday this weekend.

The 40 year old – who welcomed her third son with husband Justin Scott last May – has planned a fun-filled day for Nate as she tells us he has just hit a new milestone.

Speaking exclusively to OK! as she collaborates with Dorothy Perkins on a new summer clothing edit, she said of the big day: “I’m praying for sun and not rain because it’ll be a wipeout.

“If we have a dry day, I’m going to do a thing for him in the garden because we’ve just had it done. I’ll get a soft play thing in the garden.

“He’s just started walking, literally last week, so the soft play is going to blow his mind, he’s going to be in heaven.”

Discussing the latest addition to her brood, the mum of three – who also shares sons Bobby, seven, and Cole, five with Justin – added: “He’s such a happy little thing, he’s going to love having all of the attention on his birthday.

“I feel like I had him yesterday and now he’s one which is crazy, but he’s such a good little boy.”

Former Girls Aloud singer Kimberley recently wowed fans with her garden transformation, which saw her having a Jacuzzi lifted into the garden by a crane.

She gave her 767,000 Instagram followers a glimpse of the big job being carried out which showed a swim spa being lifted onto her impressive grounds outdoors with a crane.

In the clip, three delivery men could be seen working with each other to fit the luxury pool in place on Kimberley’s white washed patio beside her giant-sized lawn as she watched from afar.

“Such an exciting day… swim spa is finally here and it’s all coming together! Bring on summer,” she wrote.

As the Jacuzzi crane-lifting process continued to be showed, Kimberley added the words: “Down she goes”, before finally writing: “She touched down in London town” once the job was shown to be completed.

The Morning Live host shared a sneak peak of her garden renovation back in March as she showed the large space being overhauled as her new patio was built and lawn was laid with new fences also put up.

Posting a photo of her outdoor space before the renovation was finished, Kimberley wrote: “Hot tub waiting patiently for its new home.

“Wall is up for the line of the new patio area and right hand side wall that was falling down has been replaced.”
