Fox News late-night show ‘Gutfeld!’ nears top of ratings race

Gutfeld!” averaged 1.6 million viewers for the week ending May 14, beating Kimmel on ABC and Fallon on NBC, though it trailed CBS’s “Late Show with Stephen ColbertStephen Tyrone ColbertSecret Service confirms Pence was taken to underground loading dock on Jan. 6 Chris Cuomo hits CNN with 5 million arbitration claim: report Team Biden is ‘gaslighting’ on gas prices with #PutinPriceHike MORE,” Nielsen data shows.
May 13 was the Fox show’s best night so far, with 1.8 million viewers, placing second only to Colbert’s show, which drew 1.9 million viewers. Gutfeld’s show beat Colbert slightly in the key 25- to 54-year-old demographic.
“Gutfeld!” has ranked third overall since its debut in April, averaging 1.5 million viewers, below Kimmel’s 1.6 million and Colbert’s 2 million but above “The Tonight Show’s” 1.4 million.
Prior to hosting the new 11 p.m. show, Gutfeld helmed an eponymous talk show that aired at 10 p.m. ET. He is also a co-host on “The Five,” which airs at 5 p.m.
