An uber-fit gran sporting the “perfect body” says she is often mistaken for a young model while working out.

Charlene Farnsworth is a mum-of-two and doting grandmother-of-one – as well as a passionate bodybuilder who hits the gym six days a week.

The 52-year-old shares her fitness journey with her 218,000 followers on Instagram, with fellow gym-goers often coming up to her to ask if she is a fitness model, the Mirror reports.

She said: “People often tell me that I look younger than my age but I’m pretty sure its just because of my body.”

Louise Young, 45, from Edinburgh, Scotland, is a busy and devoted mum of eight daughters, but thanks to her age-defying looks and glamorous style, people think she is another sister of her three eldest daughters.

As well as being shocked to find out that she is, in fact, their mum, Louise says that people are even more dismay when they discover she has had eight kids.

A Scots entrepreneur who accepted Deborah Meaden’s offer on Dragon’s Den has revealed their deal fell through off-screen, but she is still helping him.

Former Sub Club owner Paul Crawford, from Glasgow, wowed Deborah Meaden with his Vegan Panther Milk cocktail which is made from oat milk.

As viewers watched on Thursday night, Paul had initially asked Deborah for £50,000 for 7% of his company but ended up giving her 25% after she initially asked for 30%.

Edith Bowman has revealed she was platonically “in love” with best pal Cat Deeley back in the day.

The Scots radio star recently started a podcast with Cat, 45, and has been addressing the rumours that they once had a romantic relationship.

The pair have been the best of friends for decades after starting out in showbiz at the same time.

“Cat Deeley and I, who are still really good mates, we started MTV at the same time and we’d spent so much time just hanging out and going out,” the 48-year-old said of the SM:TV Live host.

Sir Rod Stewart helps rescue 16 Ukrainian refugees after sending nephews to the border to pick up fleeing families

Sir Rod Stewart has rescued 16 Ukrainian refugees after he was left heartbroken by their plight amid the Russian onslaught.

The singer paid for his nephews to drive to the Poland-Ukraine border and pick up families fleeing the war.

Warren and Gavin Cady joined six other volunteers in the mercy dash, before bringing them to safety in Berlin.

The group were aided by UK-based humanitarian charity GeeWizz who helped with logistics of the trip.
