Role Responsibility

As an assistant producer, you provide administrative support to the producers. You will be working in a demanding and high paced, process driven environment.

Your job duties include document management and overseeing and tracking applications to federal and state agencies. While there will be opportunities for creative input, this is predominantly an administrative role.

You will work with a multi-skilled team, and we work across a range of tasks and projects in a predominantly administrative role. On any given day you could be preparing agency applications, reviewing actors contracts, cross referencing clearances and preparing deliverables to a major studio.

You’ll ensure that our communication with studio and agency partners are accurate and of a high standard. You’ll also monitor the performance of junior staff and ensure that our brand image is maintained.

 

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll bring excellent administrative and organisational skills, alongside interpersonal skills. A strong communication skillset and adaptability are paramount, as well as an ability to work independently and take initiative.

For individuals with drive there is plenty of opportunity for growth.

Supplementing this will be experience of identifying and responding appropriately to a broad range of issues and managing and recording their timely and satisfactory resolution.

 

This role will be directly hired and based from Brisbane, Australia though at this time, work will be carried out in line with Covid-19 working regulation.
