The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer‘s latest episode might have seen Emma Willis accidentally create NSFW biscuits, but the show wasn’t done there.

Tuesday’s episode (March 22) featured former Big Brother presenter Emma, Radio 1 DJ Clara Amfo, Taskmaster co-host Alex Horne and Inbetweeners actor Blake Harrison in the tent.

Harrison, who is known for starring as Neil Sutherland in E4’s Inbetweeners, caused quite a stir during the show’s final challenge.

The task saw the contestants having to create their own choux pastry sculptures that would represent a secret talent each one had.

And his was definitely a showstopper.

When the actor presented his MMA-inspired cake with Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith “wrestling” in the middle of the arena, the judges’ position – made of biscuits – proved more provocative than he might have intended.

The biscuits were located in what Harrison called a “triangle choke”, but the positioning of Hollywood’s head between Leith’s created an image that had fans on Twitter in hysterics.

Following the episode, the actor was quick to take to Twitter and defend his creation while tagging UFC fighter Paul Craig for support.

“It’s a triangle choke guys. Grow up yeah?! Tell em @PCraigmma,” he tweeted.

And Emma and Blake’s NSFW creations weren’t the only cheeky moments during the episode.

At one point, Prue was heard saying: “Quite often I need two holes, so that I can squirt. If you squeeze the bag, and when you meet that little bit of resistance, that means it’s full.”

We’re just going to leave that there.

The Great British Bake Off airs on Channel 4 in the UK. In the US, it’s known as The Great British Baking Show, and streams on Netflix.
