Speaking to Closer magazine in an interview with fellow judge Prue Leith, Paul admitted he would like to see David on the show. He added this was because David “let us down at the last minute.”
The line-up for the celebrity bake off series special includes Strictly Come Dancing judge Motsi Mabuse, Olympian Mo Farah and singer Ellie Goulding. Bake Off host Matt Lucas will also be stepping away from his hosting duties to take part in the series as a contestant.
