Johnny’s pal said the actor loved his artwork so much that he gave him a penthouse apartment rent free and paid him approximately $100,000 during the three years he lived there.

“For Johnny, his family has been completely wrecked by all of this stuff. And it’s not fair. It’s not right what she did and for what happened to so many people who have been effected by this,” Isaac insisted as he broke down into tears.
“It’s insane how this happened,” he added.
Isaac went on to insist that he had ‘never witnessed’ the Hollywood star being physically violent with Heard.
“I never witnessed it. I never saw or witnessed whatever type of claim that is being said. Ever,” he told.

The former couple’s latest trial, in which Depp will give evidence, stems from a complaint he filed in 2019.
The actor alleges Heard defamed him in a piece she wrote for The Washington Post in 2018. The actress, 35, described herself as ‘a public figure representing domestic abuse’ in the article, although she did not name him.
Depp has asked for £38.4m in damages. Heard filed a £76.7m counterclaim, accusing Depp of orchestrating a ‘smear campaign’ against her, describing his suit as a continuation of ‘abuse and harassment’.

Lawyers for Pirates of the Caribbean star Depp said on the opening day yesterday, the evidence will show that the Aquaman actress is a compulsive liar.
His lawyer Benjamin Chew told the jury in Fairfax, Virginia, they probably know his client as a “respected artist.”
Mr Chew said: “The evidence will show Heard’s false allegations had a significant impact on Depp’s family and his ability to work in the profession he loved.”
