Louise Thompson gushes over Ryan as he ‘deserves a million medals’ after her trauma
Louise Thompson has praised her fiancé Ryan Libbey’s parenting skills in a new post, claiming he “deserves a million medals” after a traumatic few months.
The former Made in Chelsea star, 32, welcomed her first child, a baby boy named Leo, with Ryan, 31, in November, and has been slowly adjusting to life as a mum after a traumatic labour that saw both her and Leo put into separate intensive care.
Louise, who recently appeared alongside her brother Sam in a fun online video, took to Instagram to gush over her fiancé, as she shared a collection of adorable photographs from a family day out.

Ryan could be seen sweetly kissing his son in one snap, while another picture showed Louise smiling as she cuddled Leo in the sunshine.
The mum-of-one wrote: “Today. Ps. Holy s*** parenting with trauma is a challenge and then some. Mums (and Ryan) deserve a million medals.”
Louise’s followers were quick to support her, and fellow Made in Chelsea star Ashley James wrote: “He is soooo cute and you are doing so good mama,” alongside four red heart emojis.
Louise has continued to praise Ryan on Instagram over recent months, after her traumatic labour left her struggling with mental health issues.
She went through complications during her labour back in November and had to remain in hospital as she fought for her life, and has developed PTSD from the ordeal.
Louise has also been honest and open about her struggles with anxiety and depression online, and has continued to keep her followers updated with her progress as she recovers at home.
Despite her difficult few months, a source previously told OK! that Louise was starting to show signs of positive improvement in her recovery as they said: “The dark cloud of her labour is starting to lift a little bit.
“She’s starting to be able to do a few things that feel like the old her, go to the gym, cook. Hopefully this is the beginning of her recovery.”
She recently looked to be in happier spirits in a fun video with her brother Sam, 29, with the duo performing a dance routine together.
Louise could be seen dancing with Leo strapped to her chest, as she and Sam concentrated on getting the routine correct.
Sam sweetly captioned the video: “This made me smile, it will be back to pranking in no time @louise.thompson.”
