Michael B. Jordan Sells Contemporary Hollywood Hills Home for $7 Million
In the midst of filming Creed III, the third installment of the Rocky spin-off series in which he stars, Michael B. Jordan has found a buyer for his tranquil Hollywood Hills spot. As reported by Mansion Global, the Black Panther actor fetched $6.95 million for the three bedroom five bathroom spot.
Built in 1997, the one-acre property is devoted to calm both inside and out. Cleverly designed by architect Jeff Mills to let in as much natural light as possible without simply relying on floor-to-ceiling windows, slanted window ceiling panels allow the 4,800-square-foot home to be flooded with light while still feeling intimate and enclosed. The primary suite features a wrap-around balcony and access to a spa-like bathroom with a deep-soak tub, two vanities, and its own large balcony. Exposed wood beams and wood trim throughout the home allow for a sophisticated (yet not sterile) look. The wood-trimmed sliders in the downstairs living area that lead out to the expansive backyard space add further sophistication and style.
Outside, all of those slanted ceilings combine to create a mesmerizing structure to gaze at while relaxing in the 50 foot pool or hanging by the grill area or on the property’s walking paths, which are adjacent to a picturesque man-made waterfall.

The Just Mercy star purchased the property in an off-market deal from fellow actor Daisy Fuentes in the fall of 2019 for $5.8 million, and while his sale price is a sliver less than the $6.98 he listed the home for in March, it still marks a nice profit for the California native.
