David Cronenberg returns to the big screen with his newest film, Crimes of the Future, starring Viggo Mortensen. Other films this weekend can be enjoyed in selected cities. Read below to see what you can watch this weekend. ~Megan Parsons
Crimes of the Future – Set in the dystopian future where pain ceases to exist, celebrity avant-garde performers Caprice (Léa Seydoux) and her partner Saul Tenser (Viggo Mortensen) remove and grow organs on stage, showcasing metamorphosis for public consumption.The performance gains the attention of an investigator (Kristen Stewart) from the National Organ Registry who hopes to use the act to push the limits of human evolution.
