With plans to create their “sci-fi dream house” in the Hollywood Hills, “Resident Evil” actress Milla Jovovich and her husband, director Paul W.S. Anderson, are putting their longtime Los Angeles home on the market for $13.995 million, the actress says.

Last year, the couple spent more than $10 million for a fixer-upper that they plan to transform into a new modern home, which will be inspired by their sci-fi films, Ms. Jovovich says. “We were itching to build a house from scratch,” she says.
